Ok so I posted about this issue a month or two back. Anytime I use netflix or try to watch a DVD, I receive an HDCP error that does not allow the movie/show/disc to play.
Thanks for reply. We are connected directly to modem. I just found a working solution! From a Google query, I'm now using the Xbox 360 RGB connector.
